PT...Thanks for the update/correction. As regards the purchase of semi equipment, however wouldn't you expect that the equipment purchased would be less and less likely to be duplicative of obsolete technology as the linewidths progress to .25 micron (and later to .18, .13 and .10 micron)? I prefer to own the stocks like AMAT, NVLS, etc, first in the cycle (I've already sold mine, in fact) and then the test equipments (TER, which I've sold this cycle, and LTXX, which I still hold). All in all, for me, a solid BTB for the equipment suppliers forecasts a solid followon for the semis . It may not always be that way, but it's the way I play it... Are you playing the equipment suppliers this cycle yourself?
