There's a reason that so many deals end up in court. Lawyers try to anticipate all the possibilities but it just can't be done. Terms contained are often worded in such a way as to be ambiguous on certain points. This is why the courts are full of cases where two reasonable parties are arguing over what originally seemed to be a straight forward article. If it was as simplistic as you say then we wouldn't have so many contract lawyers making so much money. Interpretation is everything and two parties can often interpret the same words in radically different ways. Ask Bill Clinton and his lawyers and they'll tell you what I'm talking about.

As far as all the WSP guys who are bashing ABZ (as a stock, not the management) I hate to say it but at this point ABZ is reality and WSP is not. I too like WSP as a play but ABZ was at the point that WSP is at now a long time ago. If the samples were as good as some suggest, and they may well be, then the secret would be out and WSP would've already run. By the time that guys like us know what's really going on it's too late.

P.S. - The only soap opera I watch is the fiasco that my hockey team is currently involved in!
