(OTCBB:MMCI) 1410 Broadway New York NY 10018 Holding company with subsidiaries that design and manufacture clothes (children, men and women clothes) President: Ilan Arbel Outstanding Shares: 3,005,000 Float: much less than 1 Mil (exact number will be known tomorrow) Major Shareholders: American Telecom PLC Their sales multiplied 8 times from Mar-94 till Mar-98 Major news early next week (rumors it could be internet outlet) waiting for a call back from the company, tomorrow morning, for some solid info about float and any info about the news. MMCI ownership in PLCO alone should be worth about $1.50 or per share alone (PLCO about $10 mil market cap and MMCI owns around 50%) $5 mil/ $3 mil oustanding shares in MMCI ~ $1.67 per share value of their PLCO investment (at current prices).
