I've been lurking here since I saw Mr. Whiz on CNBC awhile back. When I started reading the posts, it became clear that what this kid is doing is illegal. I can't believe that there are people sticking up for him. Is it ok for someone under 18 to break the law? I don't think so. This kid and his father need to be tried in court, and then banned from investing for life. Musicguy, I don't know what you did to get suspended from SI, but it couldn't have been from anything you said on this thread. I've read most of your posts and everything you've said is true. They can't suspend you for that. I've got a question. SI must know about Mr. Miller, so why don't they suspend him pending an investigation? If they know about it and don't take some sort of action, doesn't that make them liable also? Keep up the good work Musicguy, I will also be e-mailing the SEC and SI.
