bgarner, hopefully for CRDT and its shareholders, it is not a complete replica of CFS, which filed bankruptcy in December. To answer your question with an easy answer, CRDT trades at today's price because that's where the balance of supply and demand places it. Where would you peg its fair value under all the circumstances? Higher? Lower? About where it is now? Doug
