<<Thank you, it has taken a lot of hard work to get here.
While our marketing plans are not yet finalized (regulatory compliance issues that effect various businesses marketing decisions), the general concept is: Quantum Technology Corporation will provide licensing of the products that have been and will be developed, to a wholly owned subsidiary or advisory division. The advisory division will market its services of managing capital, targeting the professional investment community. A separate trading division will execute the technology for the benefit of capital, under the direction of the advisory division.
The clients of the advisory division will make available to interested Quantum shareholders, a fund that would allow for a ratio of cash to QTTK share ownership be deposited.
Based on initial deal point discussions from several interested parties, Quantum has been offered 50% of the profit generated along with some advance fees. At this time everything is very fluid. We plan to step very carefully and make sure that we are in complete compliance with all regulatory agencies, and nothing has been finalized.
The top three goals would be:
1. Get all regulatory issues resolved, finalize and implement our marketing / business plan.
2. Generate revenue in excess of growth needs, so dividends can be paid to the shareholders.
3. Get Quantum onto a major exchange that would better reflect the value of the stock and create liquidity for its shareholders.
The value of the stock will be enhanced by the carrying out of the goals. The price of the stock is a very different matter. Value and price while should have a relationship, often times do not. The price of QTTK and the value of QTTK will develop with earned credibility, with a broader shareholder base, and institutional evolvement. Our investor relations firm (The Wall Street Group) is working on sponsorship of Quantum by the professional investment community.
