Dave,
Do you have access to the reorganization plan this company has put together? I think by law they need something like that to exit bankruptcy. And I've been told that about 95% of companies that come out of bankruptcy actually come out with New common shares to trade and the old shares are worthless. All speculation on my part but I have to know if there is any indication that may happen to this company, prior to investing. Any info is appreciated.
