Now most brokers will go to bat for you and take your side. But I dont think ETrade bats for anyone except their own stock option price. OH MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR TRADE COMMISION BACK! I didnt bother to make a fuss about it and lost the $19 for the trade that never happened.
