I talked to Bill Fossen on Thursday also, this guy is quite the insurance guru. He took the time to give me some of his history in the business, fascinating to say the least. This guy is WELL connected and I have little doubt he will accomplish what he plans to do. Sometimes when things are in lawyers hands or with the SEC delays can happen, but his business plan is incredible..all looks very good. Pat
