I understand it a little different than that. You will receive 1 new share for your old share...if you pay 10c. That new share entitles you to a warrant that you also must pay 10c for.

Anyone else understand it differently??

The result is that you have 2 shares for your original share. Those that don't tender have useless paper.

The question here is......if you tender...do you also have useless paper....only you paid 10c for it????

Devlin has not been a CEO of anything...or a director...so I am wondering who decided that he should be the CEO of the new company. Is the fact Devlin had;

a) time
b) access to the Bro-x files (which you and I don't have)
c) an idea that was spurred on by the Mac Oil proposal and the Bresea threat
d)opportunity

that allowed him to self-appoint?

My understanding is that he has little to no experience...so why should I give him $6000.00?? Is to to save the company or to set him up in a "shell"??? I hope he is reading this because he'll have to prove to all of us...he's the guy!!

For those that may think I may not be giving him a chance here....let me remind you...we are paying for that chance. I don't buy a car without test driving it and sending it to an independant mechanic......I certainly won't sign up to a CEO without kicking his tires!!
