You have a point w/the converts and the marketing..but there is an elegant product and I believe therin lies the potential. I think it is a good spec at current prices and the consolidation is completed. Short? I don't think so; but later [when the existing shorts finally give up with margin calls] THEN we will short it. [And enjoy it]. I have no axe to grind in this company-it is a means to an end and that end is to make money for my Newsletter subscribers and the clients that write the checks. As is my custom, I hold no position nor will I in this stock long or short and that includes family members, the firm and options. Will it go up forever? No? Will I recommend a short in it someday? Maybe. Do I really CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO Datarace? No. [Do they give a damn about me? I doubt it] regardless of what I WANT..it appears that it is going up regardless of what I "want."

Thanks for your kind query. Appreciated.
