TO ALL: SNMM VS. WINR

Congratulations to all SNMMers who are now realizing your just rewards. I thought it would be interesting to post SNMMs' revenue growth since becoming involved in the internet gaming industry. I have left out revenues SNMM derived from their adult entertainment sites as they were never what one would call "profitable". And I expect they will sell this part of their business when they become NASDAQ listed as it will be hard enough to get analyst coverage on a "controversial" issue such as gaming; without, the added and unprofitable aspect of adult entertainment. SNMM first began their foray into the gaming industry in Q1 "98 (this is May 1st to July 31st on their fiscal calendar). At present SNMM has 21 licensees, with 10 of these operational (as of January 31, 1999). Their quarterly revenue figures are as follows:

Q1 (July 31st '98) Q2 (Oct.31st '98) Q3 (Jan.31st '99)
------------------------- ------------------------ ----------------------------
$728,000 $991,000 $1,720,000

This indicates about 3.4 million dollars in revenue in 9 months (3 full quarters) with Q1 to Q2 growth rate of 36%, and Q2-Q3 growth rate of 73%. Net earnings before losses were a little under $889,000 or about 4 cents/share for the three quarter period. Thus, net margins seem to be running around 26%.

I just thought it might be interesting to those of us in WINR to see exactly what kind of "numbers" it should take to propel us into the limelight. If, in WINR's first quarter of operations, they exceed 1 million in revenues with a 40%-50% net margin (as I am hoping for), what do you think the reaction will be? Bottom line for me is, once people realize WINR has an exponentially larger capability to grow through its E-commerce side what do you think will happen?

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
