ESPI is a takeover target reported on the DOW late yesterday. QWST is a likely candidate for the takeover. Takeover price is just a guess but i bet it would be in the upper teens or maybe as high as 20. ESPI has great assets that others would want. It's gapping slightly today. The past volume tells me that something is going on there. SOmeone is buying shares and driving the price up
