Aw come on...things were going so well! It doesn't matter who is "better at it." Does it really? I'm just not one to strive for being good at going for the throat. Now, mind you, I can "give it back" when pushed into a corner. Maybe not as ugly as some (this is a general comment, NOT aimed at you), but just as effective in its own way. But I'd rather not. It's a waste of time better spent on something else. On "better" goals. Enough rambling... Will you answer a question? What's the deal with the SEC not requiring Form D's to be electronically filed & available (easily) for public viewing? As far as I know, you have to write or email or call to get a copy of a company's Form D filing. I don't see why that form is an exception.
