Does anyone out there have any methods and/or insights on how
to derive the pertinant and useful information from the SEC
filings available on the EDGAR database? Not being an
accountant, my eyes begin to glaze over halfway through all the
bureaucratic b.s. (all necessary, I'm sure, but it still reads
as mind-numbing gov, b.s.). It would be nice to be able to open
a company's latest 10-K and know what to look for rather than
hope I remember everything in case it comes up in discussion
here or elsewhere. Maybe there is some kind of tutorial or a
mentor out there who would lead blind squirrels out of the
wilderness of ignorance? Any serious information, leads,
offers, links, etc would be gratefully received.

Really blind on this one,

cjac
