Hello DAK, I'm new to the thread but have been long on INCY since the tumble last October. I'm concerned about the patent issues but not enough to dump my shares. FWIW Dana Wheeler and Angela Parker at INCY IR say the preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled for April 30. They also say that INCY has now shipped out 15,000 clones. The last figure I had seen I think was Rman's from last May-June?? I think then that the figure was 8,000 clones then. INCY below 20 is a steal IMHO. They will have close to 190M in revenue this year, prostate homebrew test available in late 99, other diagnostics being worked on at Diadexus. Steve PS To Rocketman: Thanks for all your posts!
