Therefore, the two are probably unrelated, in the short run (less than 5 yrs.)>> Following your "safe" logic, neither earnings nor pre-announcements would have ANY impact on share price- well not for at least five years. This is the reason we have a thread for fundamentals and another which has been taken over by people wishing to make and believe in this kind of fuzzy logic. -Z
