Good idea. Wall Street Journal or somebody. They just simply do no care about their customers. Funny thing is, try calling their special number that they have for signing up new customers. They will answer IMMEDIATELY. It just goes to show, they are more than happy to take new money from these new customers. And then as soon as they've paid, they no longer care. In fact, I would encourage everyone to call that number just to bug them to death.
