Thanks for the informative post. I've been following VLSI for some time too and agree that it has long been undervalued.

I too bought DIGI at the time it was barely trading above book (I believe it got close to 13.5 or so). It too turned out to be a great investment. Finding companies who consistently turn profits and trade at or below book (e.g., digi,vlsi) is indeed a profitable enterprise. The tough part is putting my hard-earned money on the table when everyone else is bailing out. Good DD helps and so does talking to knowledgable others (e.g., vlsi thread).
