I tried for two hours (after I tried for two hours to download the installer), to run the IE5 installation. That requires another download of 15MB!!!!! I couldn't even get 2KB (yes "K") downloaded before getting cut off from MSFT's "High Capacity" download site. And that was at 2AM EST.
