What I've heard is that the majority shareholder and CEO just doesn't know how to talk to the investment community, isn't sufficiently dynamic, etc. SMOD probably needs a real CEO. Hate to have let that stock go, but just can't get personally involved with a stock. There are so many other good ones to choose from. Best regards, Mark A. Peterson
