Thanks for starting this thread Keiko.

I've been following Power-Cell for years since a friend at work has owned it before the 600-1 reverse. His average cost is above $10 now, so he is very excited about the recent developments.

I picked up a few more shares myself after the news and have noticed a slow and steady rise in price. It seems to me that someone is very quietly buying up shares lately, usually in 3-4000 share blocks. The $10 level could be reached soon if this activity keeps up.
