OK guys I have a thought. I have an acquaintance with an SEC attorney. It's his job to find naughty companies and see if there is reason to prosecute. I'm really busy, and not financially savvy enough to do this. However, if anyone out there has the time and knowledge to write a factual, long description of what has transpired, send it to me, and I'll pass it on. If there is legal action taken, I'm sure a class-action lawsuit could follow. Dave
