My only assumption is that, given DGIV's past willingness to put out press releases for: 1) MOU's, 2) formation of networks they might use some day (Germany), and 3) the fact they are "Y2K ready"... that if DGIV really had any solid, revenue-producing contracts, they would have announced them. Their last PR made it extremely clear that DGIV has no contracts in Egypt. If that situation had changed, I am sure we would hear about it. Oh, I forgot about possible secret contracts and the "competitive advantage" gained by looking like you don't have any customers. Where have you gone, Louis International...
