National Media Corporation Names Brian J. Sisko As General Counsel
PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- National Media Corp today announced that it has appointed Brian J. Sisko as
its general counsel.
Mr. Sisko joined National Media in January 1996 from his previous position as a partner in the corporate and securities
practice area of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers to oversee the Company's global corporate development
activity. He will continue in that position in addition to his new responsibilities regarding management of the Company's
worldwide legal affairs.
Mr. Sisko, 36, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and resides in Valley Forge, PA.
