I think the biggest risk in the deal now is market risk. Animal spirits are very elevated again -- particularly in this sector. The memories of last summer are still pretty fresh -- some of these quickly fell in half last time around.

When you hear from serious analysts that GBLX is a "bargain" at more than 5 times the price it came public at only 6 months ago, you have to be a little nervous.
