What do you think of the TIMING of the sales? Under normal conditions most sales (other than the large% of Cheney sales) would be normal. But the timing of sales before S1 filing shows that they may have known that prices would rise on S1 and fall soon thereafter for if they thought that prices would rise and keep going up, then they could have sold, say, a month AFTER the S1 filing. In any case I just wish they would get off their butt and start the road show.
