No! I'm not suggesting investing in water futures. However, it wouldn't surprise me that water will be traded this way in the future. As for an annoying spam, I apologize if you took it this way. I've been a long term poster here on WMT and merely was making those people aware that might have an interest in such a discussion. If you had taken to time to look at the thread before jumping to conclusions you would have noted that I'm not suggesting any particular stock but asking for discussion only. As for WMT being involved in this somehow....that opens up a new area for discussion and since this issue has many facets, WMT might be an avenue for discussion.
