Bill, Chaste is looking for a big takeover because spreads are growing horrible on their loan portfolio. Blue smoke and mirrors work better than admitting that business sucks. So, with the stock up at silly levels, I suspect they will grab somebody so they can use the old writeoff scam for most of this year. Or, if they are like Compaq, they'll use it for a couple of years. <g> I own puts and am happy with them. I own April 75s, but I would recommend waiting until Monday for Mays. MB
