Hi Stefan,

Well I took the 30 minutes to read the ross thread from the start becuase I wanted to how informed people were on this thread. I also wanted to know if the rumour I heard was in fact correct and it looks as though it most probably is. I heard that Ross has indeed secured their financing for a tune of about $50MM and that most of their larger creditors/vendors are no longer sweating for payments. I heard the beginnings of this a few weeks back, before earnings came out. I'm hearing more and more about this evey day now from many different shareholders and unbiased sources.

I think a credit agreement would take the pressure off them to pay bills and give them the time and resources to develop and market products. They make good products and they have great technology. I think Roger Ross needs to clean up his reputation. I've heard alot about him and his business practices, although never personally met him. I also think that no one is perfect, but he had to have done something right for ross to be where they are, STILL ALIVE :-)

Anyways, that's my Take. BTW, Ross is/was/is a client of our company. That's why I watch the stock.
