I agree, but it certainly would be considered to be misleading and deceptive to shareholders if they really did not intend to continue with the JV. I think that you may have missed my point; if Aber gets slammed in this dispute then the management will have to answer to their shareholders. If they win then Winspear management is in a similar position for wasting the little money they have on a futile legal case. Either way its a lose - lose proposition for both companies...
