Some issues to consider: Read the last several years 10-Ks. This company has changed its stripes approx. five times. Furthermore, upon reading additional fine print in the financials - one would find that the CEO, has enriched himself at the expense of the rest of the shareholders and the company through self-dealing for his own financial profit including buying stock from the company at a substantial discount to the market price. If he believes so much in his own story, why not buy the stock at the market price instead of diluting the rest of shareholders. They have already backed off from their Mr. CD-Rom concept after touting that for the last 12 months and in fact will not expand beyond their existing Dallas store base. Their head of software development and most of the team came from a bank - not exactly someone I would trust for a robust software package. Their head of retail has not had any experience with a noteworthy company. Buyer beware.
