It's putting a value on what ATHM does.. I always tell people that ask what the value of a stock should be and my answers is the following, "It's like land whatever anyone will pay for it, also it's like real-estate, when an appraiser figures out the worth of the particular piece of property they take look at the surrounding property that has sold to determine the market value.

I'm just guessing anyhow, since I can't find any news.
