The price drop explained:

Before the recent purchase, MRM had cash and cash equivalents of $2,185,199. The purchase was said to be a cash transaction for $4.5 million. No explanation of financing, but you have to figure some long term debt, say of 3.0m. At 10%, that's $300,000 of interest, nevermind payment on principle per year. Then we have a losing quarter. Some investors probably figure MRM is taking a pretty big gamble on getting sales here in the near future.
