Universal Express Inc. to Access Internet Advisory Corporation's World Class Technology

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19, 1999--Universal Express, Inc. (OTC BB:USXP) and The Internet Advisory Corp. (OTC BB:PUNK) have formed an alliance to begin offering a total Internet service package, and the sharing of valuable Internet technology, for the benefit of Universal Express's 7000+ member APAC network. This unique technology will allow Universal Express (USXP) the means to greatly enhance the electronic commerce capability of their APAC stores in promoting and expanding communications service for their customers. Currently, the 7000+ APAC stores are doing annualized sales of approximately $2.5 billion.

The Internet Advisory Corp. (OTC BB:PUNK) recently announced that their high speed data center infrastructure would be completed this month. Also, on March 8, 1999, Punk announced that, based on new contracts, Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU - news) would be the primary provider for their state-of-the-art telecommunication system.
