Myron,

There are large investing segments that do not invest based on fundamentals. These people realize that in the short term, days, weeks, months and sometimes years, the actual fundamental valuation of a company (based on its actual assets and sales or earnings or consensus estimates of future sales or earnings) only provide rough short-term guidelines to follow. Add in people's fear and greed plus high volatility from say a low float and you get a stock that fluctuates within 50% or more of its "fundamental" value. People, myself included profit richly from these fluctuations by simpling using the technical analysis tools of the trade to measure and take advantage of other people's greed and fear and their inability to come to a consensus "fundamental" valuation.

In your fundamental opinion PSIX isn't worth more than $2 to $3, but in other's fundamental opinions its worth $20. I love making money off of these types of valuation ranges. PSIX's high volatility and people's greed as evidenced by its fairly recent $20 prices makes it REALLY valuable to me and other traders out there. Look at Biotech companies that consistently lose money, yet look at how much they trade for. I see PSIX as no different than say PDLI, CHIR, GENE and the rest of them. Go PSIX--up or down!
