excellent feedback, richard. i think i'll try ie5.0. i like how you say that netscape is in a war they can't win :) i assume this is based on microsoft's power, resources, etc? do you have any knowledge of the upcoming communicator5.0? other than that it's been delayed ;) i've read that it may leapfrog over ie5.0 into the leadership position. i know that communicator4.5 is at this time a very stable browser for me. i've never known that to be true of msie browsers. but this version appears to be different. is it correct that ie5.0 is on it's second beta? and that sounds great about reporting back to us when you begin the implementation of the intranet with ie5.0. i look forward to that. one more thing... one of the rants i've heard regarding ie4.0 is that it is hell to uninstall. do you know of any similar uninstall probs with ie5.0? have a good weekend, richard. hope your studies are coming along fine! 4.0 gpa, i'm sure? ;) mark
