LOWDOWN on Bloomberg and Reporting status....

I called SEC.....as of this moment, we have filed the SB2 as you know and it is not yet effective. PERIOD.
When the SB2a is filed in answer to SEC comments, it will appear on Edgar within 24 hours.

RE Bloomberg. I spoke with a guy in their equities dept for their Bloomberg Terminal which brokers use. Previous to 3/15/99, FNTN was not covered at all on the system. Their job is to extract financials from SEC filings and post them when they are available.

They usually use form 10s and S-1s. They pulled the info from the SB2 filing and posted it on the system on 3/15/99. The system does not indicate that the 98 numbers were unaudited. That will not change according to him. When the SB2a is filed, it will be used to update the system with any changes to the financials.

He said there are no sirens that go off when financials are updated, but the FNTN info shows as updated on XYZ date.

My take is that it is a good thing to be listed on the system regardless of reporting status. Wally did a good thing by bringing it to our attention. IMO we will have these emotions again soon as the SEC approves the filing. Lets hope it happens and soon.
