Jack. Go to monmouth.com and you will find two links. One for CalPERS and one for SWIB. Click on CalPERS link and it will bring you to a page with the proxy declaration. Enter your name, and if you wish, you can insert into the form the number of shares. Then click SEND IT! Go back to my home page and do the same for the SWIB link. That's it! Oh, and you should also read the link I have to Reginald Middleton's valuation page. It is very eye-opening. Can I assume you are pledging the 10000 shares? If so, THANK YOU! Regards, Joe...
