Some institution somewhere is at least contemplating buying IATV today. Check out the following link:

Then where it asks for a ticker, type in IATV and hit go. You'll see a chart of today's stock movement and then a buy "interest message" for 100K shares earlier this morning. You can click on "interest message" in the legend to see exactly what that means. I check this site almost every day and have never seen any interest messages for IATV before (I'd say I've checked 12 of the last 15 trading days).

You can look at a heavily institutionally-traded stock like CPQ to see how busy that indicator can get. The interest message in and of itself does not mean that a trade went through, just meant that someone was at least semi-interested in purchasing a 100k block if they could get a good price.
