The attractiveness of a buyout is something I have to weigh each day against my long term investor principles. The swing factor for me is that I have client's money invested in Loral. The old saying that "everyone is a long term investor as long as they are getting short term gains" is oh so true. I don't mind waiting, but I have a business to run. Clients DO mind waiting. It is going on 3 years for some of them, with small profits. The natives do get restless.
