GaryB I do not have access to the actual plan, however the only way that the shares are worthless is if the company is reorganized through different financing after being totally dissolved. This is not the case with AAFGq. I do not know who you recieved your information from, but it does not apply to AAFGq. Actually it does not apply 95% of the time. All the restructuring will do is protect the company from creditors until they can get back on their feet, which if the news is correct, should be soon. Hope this helps.
