waltertx, Don't go "stroking out" over all of this, it's just business.

By the way what if I told you, that hundreds or more shareholders with many millions of shares, have already indicated, in a very short time(what, a week or few), they "respectfully" disagree with your position, and they WANT something to come of this.

Delays???????? FSAAA is beating down the doors trying to get things moving. Anyway, the company is doing "soooooooo well", that a few delays of days, or even a weeks shouldn't make that much difference. Heck, .....profitable this year didn't you say????? 'Gotta be right here....right now, then.

Nothing is preventing sales and profits from occurring, I mean FAMH hasn't even put out a press release on the suit, saying what a bunch of lies the "facts" are. Sure hope the "facts" match with the depositions given soon. Oh, that's right, you issued that caution before. Guess it's goose and gander time.

Wonder which will get cooked?

Some very bright shareholders have looked at the company and looked at the FSAAA effort, and concluded that FSAAA is THE best way to go. They want to try to salvage their investments, and don't see that happening with things as they are.

There are alternatives. "Choose wisely!!"

Regards,
Bob.
