Jon: the Eric/3G deal needs to be clarified. Not a buy out, not a merger, not a teaming - just clarified. Even a comment that things will stay the same for the next year would remove some uncertainty and move the stock. (I personally would like to see Eric dry up an blow away - their business practices should not be validated by a compromise.) Jeff Vayda
