Mike Essentially Cnb got into the deal because south atlantic did not pay to renew there lease on the land. It was not Teck that paid for the lease it was cnb. Basically they had SCQ over the barrel, on the agreement. First of all I do believe they were only concerned with the source of the diamonds [the pipes], however I noticed that SCQ has started up their alluvial operations again. So I am not 100% sure. If you find out for sure let me know what they say. Also I'm sure that Scq made a clerical error in letting them lapse. That just goes to show you how on top of things cnb is, not just with there own properties but also the companies around them. I do believe that Teck was included in the deal because of there previous JV on the CNB claims, however now that that has lapsed, I would assume cnb contract is still in tact.
