NEWS RELEASE
Effective March 17,1999, Lenox Polymers, Ltd.(LENP) accepted the resignation of two of its Board of Directors, Mr.William Lloyd and Mr.Ron Kelly .
Furthermore, Lenox Polymers, Ltd. announces that Mr. Jeffrey Lee and Mr. David Millman are presently advising the President of the Company and have agreed to serve on the Company's Advisory Board once it is formed.
Jeffrey F. Lee is a former Senior Development Manager with Bechtel Enterprises, the project development arm of the Bechtel group of companies. He was also the Principal Counsel for the Bechtel Corporation San Francisco Power Division, which had 6,600
employees and yearly revenue of 1 billion dollars. During his 18 years at Bechtel, Mr. Lee managed or participated in the development and financing of a number of cogeneration, mining, waste-to-energy, and other projects. facilities. Mr. Lee also has direct experience in the management and growth of developmental stage companies. He is
the former President and CEO of United Carpet Recycling, Inc., which recycles post-consumer carpet. Mr. Lee was also the Manager of Marketing for Bechtel-Control Asbestos Management, Inc., an environmental remediation company. He received a BA in
Economics from University of Michigan, and holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Michigan School of Law. From 1970-73, he served as a commissioned infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
David N. Millman is a former principal with Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a 300 million dollar international environmental consulting and construction company. Mr. Millman, who managed ERM's mid-Atlantic construction operations, arranged project financing for water and wastewater treatment plant development projects,and for the redevelopment of contaminated industrial sites. Prior to joining ERM, he served as a Senior Supervising Engineer at Earl & Wright Consulting Engineers (E&W),a subsidiary of Schlumberger, Ltd. During his 11 years with E&W, he led technical teams on the design of numerous 100 million dollar offshore drilling and production platforms for oil and gas clients, such as, Shell, British Petroleum, and Conoco. Mr. Millman
received his BS and MS Engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in1973 and his MBA from the Wharton Business School-University of Pennsylvania in 1986. He is a registered professional civil engineer in the State of California.
