FWIW - A friend just emailed me the following. Said he'd found it on
the Kitco web site.

It has ALWAYS been my belief that Durban would buy Rangold. I think
a 2 for 1 is in the cards. I posted this before but with only 13.7 million share outstanding Durban offers 27.4 million of its shares for Rangy but it gets back 6.5 million Durban shares that Rangy ownes plus many Durban options. So for 20 million shares Durban gets 500,000+ ounces of cheap gold production in two years, 14.7 million ounces of gold reserves etc. etc.

As a share holder of both I want the merger. Durban has the name that
is worth trading my undervalued Rangy for but only on a 2 for 1.

I think fire works are going to begin shortly. ( few weeks )

Go Kebble.
