The problem with most money managers is they all become MOMENTUM traders. They all buy anything that goes up regardless of fundamental or valuations. The quarter end window dressing is another disgraceful activity. Why has AOL gone up so much in the last week? It is primarily due to mutual fund manager window dressing. Why DELL is going down so much? The same reason. That is why I am not using any mutual funds. They are just like a bunch of day traders, and cause a lot of volatilities in the market.
