While good old Mr. Forthright and his side kick Go North have been yapping away attempting to save our souls, I have been buying more shares in Bid.Com. As I just told a friend of mine, "No Guts, No Glory". Last night, I sat down and re-read many of the posts I have put up over the past while. I asked my wife to review some of them with me as well. Together we decided to extend our reach a bit, and go for it. Now, please don't jump to the conclusion that this is what you should do too. Fortunately we felt that it was something that we could handle - even if it does not work out and go the way that we hoped. I figure that I have been harping on about what I think this company is capable of, and today was a day where I really put my (correction - OUR) money where MY mouth was. I also have a bid in for one of the "Shop Naked" posters. I'm going to frame it and put it over my desk. Whichever way this goes, it has been a real experience that I don't ever want to forget.
