The only reason I can think of for this sort of massive increase in the authorized number of shares is to purchase something. They have 150 million authorized now - enough to give out plenty of options, and to split. Maybe I am reading too much into this, but 'acquisitions' is first on the list of 'future corporate purposes'

I'd like to see the reason explained better, but Citrix management have always been on the level with the shareholders, so I think it is probably good long term - a big acquisition for diversification so that they no longer depend on MS and WTS.

Not holding any CTXS now, may consider getting in if it falls into the 60s
